Domestic orders
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Log into your account and select the “cancel order” option next to the relevant order number.
If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
Return Policy:
If the product is delivered in poor condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse the package and return it to the delivery person.

Buyers can return products within 2 days of delivery (including the delivery day). Return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. We will arrange a pickup,
and once the parcel is returned and inspected, the refund will be issued after deducting return shipping costs. This process takes approximately 10-12 working days,
and the refund will be processed via Instant UPI.
If the buyer’s location is not eligible for return pickup, the buyer will need to send the parcel back. A refund will be processed once we receive the parcel.

When returning a product, ensure you collect a receipt (physical or digital) from the courier. Proof of return will be required in case of lost shipment.
Allow up to 12 days for the return process and the amount to reflect in your bank account.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange requests can be made via WhatsApp at +91 9159339966 with your Order ID.
To exchange a product, we will arrange a return pickup. The buyer should return the product with the original packaging.
The buyer will bear the return shipping charges, while we will cover the shipping cost for the new product.
The exchange process takes approximately 10 days. The new product will be shipped once the return is received.

Cancellations before shipment will incur a 5% deduction due to PayPal transaction fees.
Return Policy:
If you have received a product and wish to return it, you may do so within 2 days. Send us the courier receipt via email at example@gmail.com. Shipping charges for returns must be covered by the customer.
A 5% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once we receive the product, it will undergo a strict quality check. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
The refund will only apply to the product’s cost. Shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges for international customers.
Customized products cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun.
Return freight charges and customs duties must be borne by the customer.
